Recognizing that not all travelers have the same needs, I offer three levels of service...depending on how involved you would like me to be. I am not a travel agent, my service offering is the research needed to create a memorable trip:

Research

Some people are happy to do a bit of work themselves, they just need to be pointed in the right direction. When you choose this option, you will receive overall destination information. In addition, you will receive helpful hints and lists of things to see and do. But you will be on your own when it comes to planning your meals, days and details. 

Recommendations will be made based on a client questionnaire that covers many aspects of travel. 

Flat fee of $250

Research & Reservations

This is how I plan my own family trips. I create an overall itinerary with planned or booked activities* each day, plus a dinner reservation. It has enough organization for you to relax and enjoy your time, but also flexibility for you to be able to explore and discover on your own a bit...which is really the fun of it!

Recommendations will be customized based on a client questionnaire that covers many aspects of travel, plus conversations about more detailed preferences. 

Pricing is based on $50 per day of travel

Please Do it all for Me!

For people who just want to show up at the airport and have every detail taken care of*, this plan is for you. 

This option will be customized based on a client questionnaire that covers many aspects of travel, conversations about more detailed preferences, and several phone or in-person meetings so everything is just right!

Every level of service comes with my Do Not Forget tips and ideas to make your trip as great as possible while you're away.

*For hotels, transportation, or any plans that require payment, you will be given specifics on how to book, but I won't be performing financial transactions on your behalf.
